In addition to following AiElements policies and procedures, Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and developing devices, sensors and software.
- Researching, creating, testing and documenting IoT solutions.
- Troubleshoots all tracker issues with a high sense of urgency. Works with the team to quickly develop a solution and prevent the issue from happening again.
- Assists with firmware and configuration updates on customer hardware and inventory.
- Identifies and facilitates opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Understands, implements, and automates security controls, governance processes, and compliance validations
