Job Description
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Provide the first line technical support to the customers.
- Assist the sales team with technical pre-sales customer discussions
- Respond to customer technical enquiries
- Provide application training and help customers in implementing new experiments
