Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

• Following the warehouse documentations cycle and processes to ensure complying with W/H SOP, and quality management system (QMS).
• Directly responsible for inventory custody and protect the stock from theft or damage.
• Daily follow up on Warehouses,
• Monitor the day-to-day activities of the warehouse this includes receiving, put away , picking and dispatching.
• Ensure that all warehouse transactions are being update systematically as well as physically to ensure effective, accurate and timely stock management.
• Responsible for the random stocktaking for items and generate the stock variation rep. take the corrective and preventive action and penalty if required with analyzes.
• Responsible on meeting target dates for all communication reports ‘weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Ensure that immediate and correct stacking of all incoming products complying with the warehouse stacking norms to ensure best utilization of warehouse capacity.
• Initiate proper communication matrix with the other departments by e-mails and verbally for a smooth workflow .

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Experience in a warehouse 3-7 years.
• Have experience coaching, training, and developing employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is must.
• Working with the lean principles (5S , continuous improvement,… ) .
• Familiar with ERP sys , family coding, subfamilies,..
