Job Description

Purpose:

Participate in the creation of metafiles in the establishment of the performance appraisal system to help improve the company’s general performance and the follow-up to the application of performance regulations and the organization of training courses on how to implement performance systems and the establishment of a gradation within the company
  • Diagnose the problem in the company's existing organizational structures and find solutions to it.
  • Updating the organizational structure and functional levels in coordination with departmental managers to ensure the smooth performance of work within the various departments.
  • Create a performance management system for company
  • Conduct awareness sessions for managers and the topic in “Performance Management”. system and its processes.
  • Establish performance standards for each job (KPI System), inspired by the worker's job description and department goals in coordination with the department manager
  • Conduct job analysis of all new jobs created, write and improve job description cards, and develop KPIs for different jobs
  • Develop methods for measuring whether department performance and objectives are in line with the company's main objectives
  • Create a competency structure for the company (core competencies - leadership competencies - functional competencies)
  • Communicate with department managers and all employees to find out and discuss with them the nature of their work and determine the responsibilities and powers of each individual to make job description models and determine the best model for the organizational structure of the department.
  • Work on career path models for various positions according to specific criteria to move from one position to the next
  • Strengthen human resource programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Create and implement programs at work that connect employees to company goals.
  • Managing employee awareness regarding a better understanding of changes in policies, procedures, regulations and technologies applied in the company to ensure a better level of performance and a flexible acceptance of all variables.
  • Document any operations related to human resources and organizational development in paper/electronic forms for easy access and reference.
  • Performs other tasks assigned to him related to his work in order to achieve the objectives
