Job Description

AHuman Resources Coordinatoris responsible for facilitating all keyHR functionsand programs. This includes issues raised by current and future employees and matters related to employment, compensation and benefits, labor negotiations, and employee relations.

Recruitment:

  • Provide a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and screening resumes to come up with a shortlist.
  • Scheduling interviews for the shortlist with the HR Business Partner.

Personnel:

  • Maintains personnel files and keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes.
  • Handling the employees Medical & Social Insurance & Subscription of the ATM card.
  • Organizing the employees files (Required Docs, Contract/Contract renewal, Holidays, Vacation requests …Etc.)
    Issuing HR Letters for employees .
  • Assist in making forms 1 & 6 for employees .

Any other Job related may be added.
