RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Solid hands on Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager with 6 to 8 years’ experience, Experience with the current branch desirable.
Ø Solid hands on Microsoft Windows Desktop Management using SCCM
Ø Expert in System Center and assisting other Administrators as required on a daily or timely basis.
Ø Administer and support SCCM system center configuration manager and its features remote control, patch management, operating system deployment, network protection and other various services
Ø Experience in application deployment - Operating System Patching Client and Server - Application Patching - Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS
Ø Deployment, installation and administration of Microsoft Office products - Functional working and basic debugging knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Ø Experience in the administration and configuration of SCCM 2012/later version and Current Branch Enterprise environment
Ø Experience managing an OS image and task sequences
Ø Regularly performs the monthly patching of server systems which is part of the maintenance activity using System Center Configuration Manager.
Ø Experience in Implementation of Microsoft Intune MDM
Ø Orchestrate / Automate Systems Center Patching so that manual work is not involved
Ø Some knowledge in Exchange 2016 administration, Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft Teams.
Ø Solid knowledge of networking protocols (HTTP/S, S/FTP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Ø Certificate Integration within the server environment.
Ø Diagnosing and resolving critical performance issues not related to SCCM
Ø Maintaining consistent system documentation.
Ø Coordinating, managing, and validating software and environment changes
Ø Perform installations and upgrades during weekend maintenance window
Ø Configuring and administering applications Windows Server Environment
Ø Comply with the client Change Management processes and best practices
Ø Provide technical leadership for upcoming projects
Ø Lead design updates and architecture revisions
Ø Address high severity issues and service outages
Ø Review periodic reports of server health, resource usage, user experience, and overall environment performance to determine next steps and upgrade paths
Ø Review change control requests which impact Windows environment
Ø Raise support tickets with the appropriate vendor to resolve critical issues.
Ø Experience working with Windows 2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016 and 2019 OS.
Ø Expert in Microsoft Windows clustering, load balancing and experience in troubleshooting technical problems involving software and operating systems & includes desktop OS.
