As Training and Development Specialist he/she is responsible for designing, implementing and improving lean and effective training and development programs, evaluation processes, as well as adapting the processes and systems developed by the HQ to the country/countries to which they are responsible of; in order to transform them into double-winged employees & leaders, in accordance with the knowledge, skills and competencies required by their positions in the country/countries they are responsible of, where they can learn and develop continuously, by specializing in their fields.
