We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to support business decisions, and for presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting primary and secondary research to gather data and insights on industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Analyzing and interpreting data using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate research findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a research analyst or in a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, and R.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and techniques.
