As a Senior Advisor you are the closer—the final step in turning qualified prospects into empowered clients. You will lead highlevel Decision Meetings with individuals who have already been educated and prequalified by Advisors. Your role involves presenting our strategy overcoming objections and guiding the client to make an informed confident decision to enroll in the program. You will be part consultant part guide and part leader—helping each client take their first major step toward financial freedom.
We are looking for someone with a clear sense of purpose—someone with a strong "why" for why they are interested in this role and what drives them. You don’t need to be passionate about finance or financial freedom; we can train you on those aspects. However we need someone who has zeal motivation and clarity around what they are passionate about in life and in their career.
This role requires autonomy and accountability. We want someone who understands the sales cycle can work independently and take initiative to overcome objections and navigate tough conversations without needing handholding or basic sales training. Your ability to truly listen to clients and understand their motivations will be key to your success. You will have the freedom to work remotely but must be driven by a passion to impact people's lives and achieve performance targets.
Conduct 1on1 Decision Meetings with warm qualified prospects.
Present customtailored financial solutions based on each client’s situation.
Explain the realworld benefits of our products and how we partner with clients.
Address questions and concerns with confidence empathy and clarity.
Drive enrollment and close deals with integrity and urgency.
Maintain detailed followup and pipeline management inside HubSpot.
Lead by example in both performance and client experience delivering highquality service with empathy and professionalism.
100 Decision Meetings held per month.
60 Completed Decision Meetings per month 60 show rate).
21 Deals closed per month 21 close rate $5997 AOV).
$125000 cash collected per month.
Experienced in consultative sales or highticket closing.
