Job Description
Industry: Food Processing / Edible Oil
Location: Sagamu (Ogun)
Job type: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
-
Operate and monitor expeller machines for oil extraction from oilseeds (e.g. groundnut mustard sunflower palm kernel).

Feed raw materials and adjust machine settings for optimal oil yield.

Check and maintain oil quality and by-product (oil cake) consistency.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of expeller equipment.

Record daily production data and report issues to the supervisor.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
-
High school/ITI certification preferred.
-
5 years of experience in oil extraction or similar operations.
-
Basic mechanical knowledge and machine handling skills.

Physically fit and able to work in a hot processing environment.

Willingness to work in shifts.
