Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Nigeria
Industry: Food Processing / Edible Oil
Location: Sagamu (Ogun)
Job type: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform installation inspection and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
-
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in machinery motors panels and PLC systems.
-
Ensure optimal performance of power distribution systems control panels and lighting.
-
Monitor and maintain backup power systems (DG sets UPS etc.).
-
Assist in preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
-
Maintain compliance with electrical safety standards and factory regulations.
-
Coordinate with production and utility teams for timely support.
-
Maintain technical records maintenance logs and inventory of electrical spares.
-
Diploma / B.E. / in Electrical Engineering.
-
5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing/factory environment.
-
Hands-on knowledge of motors VFDs PLCs HT/LT panels and electrical drawings.
-
Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with safety standards (e.g. IEC IS codes).

Ability to handle emergencies.
