- Will be responsible for the purchasing & store activities
- Will be responsible for the preparing purchase order negotiate with vendor on pricing and quality requirement.
- To produce and continually update the stores catalogue
- To coordinate with purchasing department to individuals engaged in purchasing
- To manage incoming goods supplies and update stock card and inventory report
- To coordinate with purchasing department to individuals engaged in purchasing
- To issues supplies equipment tools from engineering store and to ensure that issues are correctly recorded.
- To ensure safety and security of all supplies equipment tools held in the store room
- Will perform other duties as directed by the Asst. Chief and Chief engineer
Qualifications :
- Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field
- Minimum 2 years in Engineering Store or Engineer Admin position
- Store or Admin experience
- Intermediate English
