We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support talent acquisition efforts for our manufacturing operations. In this role you will partner with site business leaders and hiring teams to craft effective recruiting strategies and fill various open positions within our North American operations. Partnering with the site hiring team you will implement the strategy through creative candidate sourcing and engagement. Aside from supporting your sites recruitment needs you will lead various divisional talent acquisition projects as needed to drive gains in efficiency candidate experience and site partnership. This is a hybrid position that will require three days onsite at our corporate office in Mentor OH and up to two days remote each week. Some travel (upwards of 15 may be required to visit assigned client groups and support recruiting process adoption.
Job Description
Execute endtoend recruitment processes for hourly positions including sourcing phone screening candidate selection guidance and offer/preemployment process management as required.
Creatively fill open positions by utilizing our applicant tracking system (ATS) Google products TA tech and internet sourcing tools.
Collaborate with the North American Human Resources team to forecast hiring needs develop recruitment strategies and continuously enhance hiring processes.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with client groups and lead weekly/biweekly staffing update meetings to align teams on recruitment needs and action items.
Benchmark and enhance recruiting processes to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Lead and/or participate in projects and training sessions that improve standard work.
Understand talent needs and analyze hiring trends for sites and functions using datadriven insights.
Drive action and provide ongoing progress updates to team members.
Ensure positive candidate and hiring team experiences through timely feedback and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
Establish proactive recruitment strategies to develop a pipeline of future talent.
Perform administrative tasks associated with the role.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree required.
Experience using an ATS is required.
3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required with a preference for candidates with experience in highvolume recruitment and/or manufacturing.
Outstanding organizational skills with a demonstrable ability to track report and present progress to business leaders and internal customers.
Knowledge of OFCCP & EEO guidelines and experience advising clients on adherence to compliance requirements.
Ability to independently make decisions adapt to shifting priorities and recognize when to seek assistance.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with an ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels using data and analytics.
The salary range for this position is $65000 $85000 / year.
The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range and in some circumstances may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to a candidates relevant skills experience education and training and location as well as the job scope and complexity responsibilities and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position which may change depending on the candidate pool.
