Job Description

Business Unit: VEVE

Location: Berlin Germany (focus: Central & Eastern Europe Benelux Nordics).

Target market: Central & Eastern Europe Benelux Nordics

Join VEVE a fast-moving performance marketing platform. VEVE is a business unit of Affinity Global a well-established AdTech player now accelerating its European expansion. With innovative ad formats like Tiles Impact Placements Notifications and universal or custom-designed ads we help brands and advertisers connect effectively with Browsers and OEMs and drive measurable performance results.

Were looking for a Sales Specialist (m/w/d) to drive VEVEs growth across all European markets.

Tasks

  • Manage your own sales pipeline focusing on mid-sized clients
  • Identify and engage potential advertisers and agencies introducing them to VEVEs ad solutions
  • Lead client meetings and support deal closure in collaboration with senior sales colleagues
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Attend European industry events to grow your expertise and network and represent VEVE

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in sales media or online marketing
  • Familiarity with online advertising; interest in performance or affiliate marketing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated and comfortable managing your own sales activities
  • Fluent in English; other European languages (e.g. Dutch Swedish Polish) are a plus
  • Eager to grow in the AdTech industry

Note: This role is based in Berlin with responsibility for growth across Central & Eastern Europe Benelux and Nordics. Occasional travel will be required.
