Job Description
Join our team for the winter season! We are a highquality tour operator based in Lapland offering smallgroup and private experiences in Rovaniemi and beyond. Our commitment to authenticity and excellence ensures unforgettable experiences for both guests and guides. One of our owners represents the 20th generation of their family in Lapland with roots dating back to the 1600s.
Tasks
- Lead and provide highquality responsible tours in Rovaniemi and other areas of Lapland.
- Drive guests safely to and from tour locations.
- Deliver engaging and informative commentary about Laplands culture nature and history.
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests throughout the experience.
- Assist with tour logistics and coordination when necessary.
Requirements
Valid Category B driving license (recognized in Finland).
Legal permit to work in the Schengen Area.
Previous experience in the tourism industry (with references).
Strong English language skills (additional languages are a plus).
Excellent communication punctuality and ambition to provide toptier experiences.
