We are seeking a dynamic and strategic CRM specialist with 35 years of experience to lead customer relationship management initiatives within our Beauty & Wellness direct selling and multilevel marketing (MLM) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engagement strategies improving retention rates and fostering strong relationships with customers and club members. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM systems customer engagement tactics and communication strategies to drive loyalty and sales growth.The ideal candidate will be detailoriented proactive and possess excellent communication skills in English and in further European languages.
Tasks
- Market Expansion Strategies
- Develop CRM strategies and engagement plans for new market openings.
- Collaborate with the sales and expansion teams to ensure smooth CRM adoption in new regions.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and club members ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Design and implement initiatives to boost customer loyalty and retention rates.
- Manage communication strategies across all necessary channels to enhance customer interactions.
- Email Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns focused on product lifecycle triggered journeys and customer/member engagement.
- Create and optimize automated email journeys (onboarding reengagement winback etc. to improve customer retention.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics (open rates CTR conversions) to optimize campaigns.
- Collaboration & CrossFunctional Coordination
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align on global messaging content.
- Partner with the Marketing Automation Engineer to define target groups and identify potential CRM campaigns.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team copywriters and content managers to create engaging email templates and marketing materials.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generate CRM performance reports and analyze key data points to optimize engagement strategies.
- Use data insights to continuously improve customer communication and
- CRM effectiveness.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in CRM management preferably in the beauty wellness direct selling or MLM industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Customer IO) and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven ability to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
- Experience working with email marketing customer segmentation and loyalty programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive alignment between marketing sales and customer service.
