Our client is a fullservice digital agency specializing in customer journey strategy social media management and media publicity. They work with forwardthinking brands across Nigeria and the UK helping them enhance visibility engagement and revenue.
1. Lead Generation & Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including:
Customer journey consulting.
Social media & digital content management.
Media/publicity services (e.g. blog features press exposure and digital storytelling).
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to prospective partners.
Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with internal teams.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets.
2. Partnerships & Strategic Collaborations
Develop and nurture partnerships with organizations agencies communities and corporates.
Design and pitch branded initiatives or programs that can be sponsored or cocreated with partners.
Work closely with the internal community manager to align partnerships with brand goals and audience needs.
3. Brand Representation & Networking
Represent the company at key industry events networking sessions and client meetings.
Serve as a visible and vocal brand advocate increasing brand reputation and footprint.
Build relationships with ecosystem players founders and decisionmakers across target sectors.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with internal teams (sales creative community ops) to ensure seamless delivery for new clients.
Provide regular reports on pipeline progress conversion metrics and strategic opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of outreach meetings and client engagement activities.
2 4 years of experience in business development partnerships media or digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of driving leads and closing deals.
Strong network or understanding of the media/marketing/tech/SME ecosystem in Nigeria is a plus.
Ability to attend inperson meetings and events (hybrid flexibility provided).
A strong communicator with a background in sales partnerships media or marketing.
Someone who thrives in a fastpaced peopledriven and entrepreneurial environment.
Comfortable using CRM or productivity tools to track outreach and performance.
Confident in meetings pitches and relationship building.
