In partnership with the marketing team develop a seller sourcing strategy and calendar of events to generate qualified leads aligned with our marketplace partners expansion plans.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and marketplace partners to deliver a seamless end-to-end onboarding journey for referred sellers.
Lead planning processes including seller onboarding forecasting performance tracking market growth analysis and expected GMV.
Develop and manage strong trust-based relationships with global e-commerce marketplace partners.
Act as a domain expert in cross-border e-commerce: understand seller lifecycles pain points and growth opportunities.
Use data insights to shape service evolution and strengthen partner engagement.
Drive seller growth through consultative selling and long-term partnership strategies.
Achieve and exceed revenue and retention targets.
Who you are:
3 years of experience in account/partner management or business development in the e-commerce or technology space
Strong analytical and planning skills; ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies.
Proven track record in securing and managing enterprise-level partnerships.
Ability to thrive in a high-energy fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
Bachelors degree in business marketing computer science or a relevant field.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to triage priorities and manage complex projects.
Experience in designing and leading scalable partner programs.
