Job Description
Overview: The Offering Development Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organisation tasked with managing and coordinating the successful release of our offerings. This role demands a blend of both product and project management experience ensuring our offerings are launched in line with the Offering Lifecycle Management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering Release Management:
- Lead the coordination and release of offerings aligning with strategic objectives set by our CTOs and Head of Offering Management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the offering lifecycle.
- Adopt agile ways of working to promote efficient processes and team collaboration.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of offering releases managing stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and address potential risks in the release process devising appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Produce and disseminate regular progress reports focusing on resource allocation and backlog management.
- Offering Catalogue Management:
- Ensure that the offerings in our catalogue are accurate and up to date.
- Work with the Offering Owners to ensure that existing offerings are fully documented.
- Offering Lifecycle Process Improvement:
- Continuously seek ways to enhance offering management processes emphasising agile methodologies.
- Lead initiatives to automate and streamline processes improving team efficiency.
- Standardise communication across teams for improved clarity and effectiveness.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in Offering/Product Coordination Product Ownership Project Management or similar roles.
- Strong project management skills proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Azure DevOps Jira).
- An understanding of Managed and Professional Services is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills capable of working effectively with various teams.
