Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients in assigned territories.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals and contracts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products.
  • Provide training and support to customers postsale.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  • Document all sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings.
  • Report on sales performance to senior management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business or related field.
  • Proven track record of sales in a technical environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Customerfocused approach to sales.
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting.
