Urgently Hiring AID Officer for a leading paint manufacturing company!
Position: AID Officer (direct company payroll)
Must Have: Should have min 23 years exp. on Project sales and must have from Building materials
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: Any 3 years full time graduate
Experience: Min 2 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
No resumes to be shared from PAINT industries.
Only to be sourced from ply / laminates solid surfaces / ceramics / faucets / lighting / furniture fittings etc Century / Green / Kohler / Hansgrohe/ Kajaria/ Hafele
Responsibilities:
- Institutional sales through govt projects architects builders contractors consultants etc.
- Tapping new project orders.
- Construction chemical waterproofing experience required.
- Business development.
- Key account management.
- Building up the network of business partners.
- Need hand on Experience to working with Architect Interior Designer.
Requirements
- Age : Max up to 36 years.
Roles and Responsibilities : Identifying and appointing dealer for deeper market penetration and reach in depth market share. Analyze and compare sales plans with the last year base and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales. Overseeing the sale activities of products thereby achieving increased sales growth/ maximized volume and value growth in depth. Assisting the dealers in achieving the targets and providing them with training Ensuring the seeding of new product in right Channel. Ensuring the SKU range availability at key outlets Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional programs for brand building Ensuring profitability of dealers, in alignment with organization's policies and interest Making a territory monitoring report every month including competitor's activities. Conducting the retail audit to assess market potential, estimation of sale of competitors with a view to adopt suitable strategies for sale. Solving all the issue of dealer for making smooth business relation.
Education
Age: maximum 35 years Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil /Mechanical engineering. Experience: 5+ years into Technical Services / Specification /Business Development of Protective Coating, Industrial Paints, Industrial Coating, Industrial Chemicals, MRO, Anti Corrossive, Civil Constructional and Construction Chemical and Admixtures products and services.
