Operations Manager leading Acro company

Hybrid 2 days in office in Watford

Up to 42k

Their mission is to deliver worldclass and exceptional acro classes for children across the UK and globally. As we expand our footprint we aim to establish new locations furthering our commitment to accessible highquality acrobatic education.

The Operations Manager will oversee the daytoday operations ensuring smooth

functioning across all locations and supporting the successful rollout of new private sites. This role involves streamlining processes managing staff and implementing strategies to ensure highquality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational management including development of new areas over seeing daily running of classes across locations developing and maintain operational procedures across the business.
  • Team Leadership including develop and motivate current staff manage recruitment and HR processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis Report on revenue operational efficiency and marketing performance.
  • Ensure compliance across the venues
  • Drive retention strategies across the business.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in client success account management or a related field preferably within childrens activities sectors or service industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and driving client satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in operations management preferably within the childrens activities performing arts or fitness sectors.
  • A genuine passion for connecting with people and ensuring their success.
  • Selfmotivated proactive and resultsdriven individual.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
