• Create, maintain, and grow Cricut s social networks focusing on Facebook
• Lead and grow a team of social media community marketers
• Develop a best-in-class community engagement strategy
• Create marketing plans and objectives, and report on performance
• Partner with social agency to set Facebook strategy and develop marketing campaigns
• Lead development of the content calendar
• Oversee the creation and use of engaging content for Facebook, including but not limited to, social media posts, UGC, blog content and videos
