Location: Berlin Germany
Work Authorization: EU Passport or Valid Work Permit (FullTime Hours)

Role Responsibilities
- Act as a digital marketing advisor for advertisers providing expert knowledge and guidance.
- Analyze and evaluate social media advertisement analytics to optimize campaigns.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist advertisers with their strategies and budgets.
- Understand customer needs and contribute to the successful implementation of sales funnel strategies.
- Identify trends and proactively tackle undesirable developments to create impactful advertising campaigns.
- Meet and exceed KPIs including call success (average 24 minutes) pitch rate and quota achievement in marketing strategies.
Your Profile
- Native Czech speaker with excellent communication skills.
- C1level English proficiency is required.
- Holder of an EU passport or a valid German work permit.
- Proven B2B sales experience (applications without B2B sales experience will not be considered).
- Strong interpersonal skills including active listening and empathy.
- Excellent time management and computer skills.
