We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Orlando FL. This role plays a critical part in aligning marketing strategies with sales efforts to generate leads support campaign execution and optimize client acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and results-driven with strong communication skills and a passion for strategic growth.
Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement promotional strategies
Analyze market trends and customer insights to support sales initiatives
Prepare sales and marketing reports presentations and performance metrics
Assist in managing client relationships and communications
Support trade shows product launches and marketing events
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
13 years of experience in a similar marketing and/or sales role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
