Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and drive client acquisition efforts. This role bridges the gap between strategic marketing execution and sales coordination ensuring seamless communication campaign tracking and sales enablement support. The ideal candidate will bring creativity analytical thinking and organizational skills to a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement marketing strategies and sales campaigns aligned with company goals
Assist in developing promotional materials presentations and client proposals
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on sales and marketing metrics
Support the sales team by managing customer data scheduling meetings and tracking leads
Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and new opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely execution of initiatives
Organize trade shows client events and promotional activities as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field
2 years of experience in a marketing or sales coordination role
Strong analytical organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment
