We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Montgomery. In this role you will play a key part in aligning marketing initiatives with sales strategies to drive business development client engagement and brand visibility.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales goals
Coordinate between the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies
Track and report performance metrics for marketing and sales initiatives
Assist in the creation of promotional materials and presentations
Organize and attend trade shows client meetings and networking events
Maintain CRM records and support sales outreach campaigns
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
2 years of experience in marketing sales coordination or business development
Strong communication organizational and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (CRM email automation)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
