Job Responsibilities
- Provide topnotch customer service.
- Answer inquiries via phone and email enter/process orders and maintain customer accounts.
- Handle customer questions concerns and troubleshooting with professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support team operations.

What Were Looking For
Prior customer service experience preferred (retail hospitality or call center).
4year degree.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Typing speed: 35 WPM with accuracy.
Highly organized detailoriented and problemsolving mindset.
Passion for helping others and working in a teamdriven environment.
Bonus Skills (Not Required But a Plus!
Experience with Adobe Illustrator Photoshop After Effects InDesign or Premiere Pro.
Familiarity with MS Access HTML JavaScript SQL or IT support.
Techsavvy Comfortable setting up PCs monitors and printers Thats a plus!
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a bonus!
