Develop the spas standard operating procedures and policies.
Sets a positive example in customer relations.
Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
Addresses customer problems and complaints.
Motivates employees to provide excellent customer service.
Emphasizes customer satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
Strives to improve service performance.
Maintains a close relationship with the teams always listening to identify and address employee issues or concerns and escalate them to the Director of Spa.
Drives the continuous training program so that employees receive adequate training to successfully perform their jobs.
Ensures compliance with operating policies and procedures.
Bachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality Management
Two years experience in a similar role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural team
Advanced level of English and Spanish.
Office package management.
Excellent writing administration and customer service skills.
