Job Description

Main objective of the job                                        

  • As S/4 Project Manager for Master Data you are coordinating and supporting our Bosch Internal Partners to perform the transformation of SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 HANA.

Main attributions and responsibilities

  • Coordinate all activities of Master Data Migration from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 HANA
  • Support the team and external partners as specialists for Master Data Migration
  • Ensure project readiness from project start to daily business Golive
  • Ensuring system configuration and settings in all affected IT systems
  • Perform Endtoend testing to validate the successful migration of Master Data
  • Collaborate and align project plans with our internal partners
  • Redesign and update project plans in alignment with our teams
  • Check and validate the working instructions from the project view
  • Provide various migrationrelated trainings in different phases of the project
  • Generate and prepare reports required by Customers and Management
  • Responsible for reading understanding and applying the procedure from the area of responsibility and also interdepartmental procedure subscribed in SOCOS;
  • Any other tasks related to the area of responsibility requested by the direct superior.

Responsibilities regarding health and work security:

  • To apply and to respect all the  legislative standards regarding security and health of work work instructions internal procedures and rules concerning the health and the work security and fire prevention and fire extinction.
  • To make all the medical exams scheduled by the company according to the Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
  • To use correctly the installations work equipment the appliances and other tools in the facility. Do not proceed at turning off modifying changing or removing the safety appliances especially those of machines work equipment tools technical units and buildings security systems.
  • To immediately inform the Manager and the HSE responsible about any accidents suffered by one person.
  • To cooperate with the assigned persons as long as necessary in order to facilitate any/all accomplishments or requests disposed by the officers of health regarding health protection and employees security.

QMM area

  • Responsible for compliance with the requirements and guidelines of applicable Bosch Group and division directives in areas such as Quality Management Audits based on ISO9001 requirements Quality Objectives Document Management Feedback Management Continuous Improvement Change Management etc. The manager is also responsible to communicate to the associates within the team the importance of abovementioned requirements and to ensure compliance.
  • Responsible for reading understanding and applying the procedure from area of responsibility and interdepartmental procedure subscribed in SOCOS.

GDPR / DSP area

  • Implement protection measures regarding information security and personal data processing established by the BOSCH Group regulations.
  • Inform the data protection and information security responsible about every unauthorized access to the processed personal data situation and security incidents as soon as possible.

Qualifications :

Studies:

  • University Diploma 
  • High school Diploma

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Language: English
  • Experienced knowledge in MS Office (Excel PPT) SAP;
  • Project Management skills and or experience;
  • Ability to coordinate to resolve conflicts crisis situations ability to work under stress;
  • Good organizational skills able to take decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment;
  • Logical thinking curiosity and analysis abilities;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Autonomous and proactive behavior;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Team player;
  • Willingness to travel;
