Job Description
What does your daytoday work look like ...
- Youll be independently responsible for holistic staff support of all your colleagues including implementing projects to optimise the HR strategy and HR action plan because weve got a lot of work ahead of us
- Youll be involved in hotel budgeting and youll support departmental managers when theyre assembling their teams
- Also on your daily to do list will be administrating all staff documents and cooperating with the external payroll accounting service
- Youll be on hand for all your staff as both host and manager and youll also be happy to train even the newcomers in the team
- Youll recognise talent and together with the General Manager youll promote it
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV...
- Youve had several years of professional experience in HR management at a hotel or catering facility and speak English fluently
- Youll bring to the job assertiveness consistency and team spirit so that you can give your colleagues optimum support in staff management
- You can inspire colleagues and support their development
- Youre a doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes you openly admit it
- Youre not just bringing your abilities but also your character
