Summary
The trainee will be included in the Sales Support & Customer Service department of Knauf Italy and will have the opportunity to carry out a training project with focus on the following activities:
learning the successful strategy that puts the customer at the center
learning to know the customer and his needs
board and operational tools for customer management
proactive customer management integrated into modern marketing
communication tools for Customer Care and techniques for managing difficult relationships
commercial support: relationship management with B2B customers support for the Knauf Italy sales network
operational support: Reception and entry of orders via Sap management software. Completion and optimization of the same.
Who are we looking for
High school diploma or university studies preferably in Economics / Languages / Communication (or other humanistic disciplines)
Good knowledge of the English language
Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
Good knowledge of Office tools
Strong Commercial Approach
Ability to listen carefully to communicate effectively to solve problems
Proactivity and ability to organize work by prioritizing activities
desire to grow professionally and learn
Work location: Castellina Marittima (PI)

Monthly salary of 700 gross ticket Restaurant of 8/day transport allowance.
