TLG Global a dynamic and growing organization in retail and hospitality development is looking for an Events Assistant Intern (Curricular Internship) to join our marketing team in Lisbon. If youre a student or recent graduate with a passion for events creativity and culture this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to ideation and research for cultural seasonal and community events.
- Assist in developing timelines task lists and logistics plans for internal coordination.
- Support communication with vendors venues and collaborators.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams to deliver creative assets (e.g. posters reels).
- Help review content drafts and contribute to writing captions hashtags or visual briefs.
- Maintain an organized archive of event and campaign content.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Event Management Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Strong interest in event planning branding and content creation.
- Awareness of local culture events and audience trends in Lisbon.
- Well-organized detail-oriented and eager to learn new tools and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. (Understanding of Hindi is a plus but not mandatory.)
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
