Job Description
Job Title: Epicor Technical Analyst (Contract)
Duration: 36 Months (Remote)
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Epicor Technical Analyst to join our team on a remote contract basis for 36 months. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epicor ERP (preferably Epicor 10 or Kinetic) strong SQL skills and the ability to customize and configure the system to meet business needs. This role requires expertise in reporting tools system integration and data management as well as the ability to provide technical support and training to end users.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise in Epicor ERP including system configuration customization and troubleshooting.

Develop and optimize SQL queries stored procedures and database management tasks.

Design and generate reports using SSRS and/or Power BI to support business operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and optimize workflows within Epicor.

Create and maintain BAQs BPMs dashboards and other Epicor customizations.

Utilize Epicor tools such as Service Connect DMT and REST/SOAP APIs for integration and data management.

Manage Epicor upgrades patches and testing environments to ensure system stability and performance.

Support data migration cleansing and ETL processes to enhance data integrity.

Provide training documentation and ongoing support to end users.

Work with crossfunctional teams to implement ERPrelated projects and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
-
Strong experience with Epicor 10 or Kinetic.

Proficiency in SQL including writing queries stored procedures and database management.

Handson experience with SSRS and/or Power BI for reporting and analytics.

Understanding of manufacturing distribution and financial processes within Epicor.

Experience with Epicor BPMs BAQs dashboards and system customization.

Familiarity with Epicor Service Connect DMT and API integrations.

Knowledge of Epicor upgrade processes patch management and testing environments.

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills for troubleshooting system issues.

Excellent communication skills to interact with IT operations and finance teams.

Experience leading ERP projects or contributing to crossfunctional teams.

Ability to provide training and create user documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Business Management or a related field.

Epicor ERP upgrades to Kinetic
-
Experience integrating Epicor with thirdparty applications.

Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing System) and MRP as well as other areas of Epicor ERP.

Basic understanding of network management and server administration.
Contract Details:

Remote position with a 36 month contract duration.
