Job Description
Clariness is looking for a Working Student IT Business Support (f/m/d) based in Hamburg.
Parttime; limited
Tasks
As a Working Student IT Business Support (f/m/d) you would be responsible for:
- Responding to employee support requests (phone email chat) troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues (Windows/Mac) and maintaining IT equipment (computers printers etc..
- Installing and configuring software updates and security patches (Microsoft Intune SentinelOne Atlassian etc. while documenting issues and resolutions in Jira.
- Managing IT inventory track assets and providing basic user training for new software and systems.
- Contributing to IT projects and escalating complex technical issues to senior staff.
Requirements
We would like you to have:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Computer Science IT or similar) with a strong interest in IT support and technology.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting software/hardware issues along with the ability to clearly communicate technical information.
- Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and a friendly patient attitude are essential for providing strong customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team and to be fluent in German and English.
