Job Description
Requirements
The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel with the following knowledge skills and abilities:
- Strong skills developing application and backend services using C# MVC Web API Java Script jQuery and CSS Cloud AWS SQL GitHub Enterprise
- Experience in automating tasks using scripted languages such as Bash PowerShell or Perl Developing and maintaining web services; experience with MVC WCF and Web APIs preferable
- Experience designing and maintaining user interfaces (UI) with HTML JavaScript CSS; experience working with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery Bootstrap preferable; UI Ajax.
- Experience developing and maintaining data in relational databases; heavy SQL experience with Stored Procedures Functions performance tuning is required.
- Proficiency in building web applications using Core including experience with MVC (Model-View Controller) architecture. Experience in developing RESTful APIs using Core Web API. Understanding of Core middleware and the ability to implement custom middleware. Knowledge of dependency injection principles and practices in Core. Familiarity with Core security features including authentication authorization and data protection. Proficiency in using Razor syntax for dynamic content generation in views.
- Proficiency in using jQuery for DOM traversal and manipulation
- Experience with jQuery event handling for creating interactive user interfaces. Expertise in making asynchronous HTTP requests using jQuerys AJAX methods and in integrating and customizing jQuery plugins for various functionalities
- Experience in developing responsive web applications using Bootstrap Proficiency in using Bootstraps grid system for layout design.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap components (modals carousels navbars etc.) and customization techniques. Ability to customize Bootstrap themes using CSS and SASS.
- Other tasks as assigned in support of operational needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Contractor employee shall perform the tasks listed below consistent with instructions and guidance provided by the Contracting Officers Representative and by providing advice opinions recommendations or ideas to CBO employees.

- Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors isolating areas for improvement and general debugging
- Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
- Install/upgrade software products as required
- Write programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or appearance of company web site and/or related web applications as necessary
- Provisioning development environments (local virtual or cloud-based)
- Design deploy and maintaining deployment scripts and artifact repositories
- Automating routine tasks (e.g. code formatting testing linting
Qualification/Certifications
- Bachelors degree in IT or related
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Software Development Professional
- (ISC) CSSLP Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional
- GitHub Actions Certification
- AWS Certified Developer
- CompTIA Security
Clearance
- A Public Trust Tier 2 clearance level is required. A background check is conducted through Capitol Police to access the CBO network.
