Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Campaign Management:

    • Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

    • Monitor and manage paid media campaigns ensuring that the budget is optimized for maximum return on investment (ROI).

    • Conduct A/B testing to assess campaign effectiveness and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  2. Content Creation and Management:

    • Develop engaging and relevant content for websites blogs email newsletters and social media channels.

    • Work closely with the creative team to ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

    • Manage the social media calendar ensuring consistent content posting and engagement.

  3. SEO and SEM:

    • Implement onpage and offpage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive more traffic to the website.

    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to target the right audience.

    • Manage and optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to generate highquality leads.

  4. Social Media Marketing:

    • Manage social media accounts (Instagram Facebook Pinterest LinkedIn etc. including posting regular content interacting with followers and driving engagement.

    • Monitor trends and audience sentiment ensuring the content is uptodate with current industry trends.

    • Track and report social media metrics analyzing performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  5. Email Marketing:

    • Create and manage email marketing campaigns including promotional newsletters product launches and seasonal campaigns.

    • Monitor email marketing performance and improve open rates clickthrough rates and conversion rates.

    • Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized email campaigns.

  6. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics Google Ads and social media analytics.

    • Analyze website traffic user behavior and conversion data to inform future campaigns.

    • Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on campaign data and trends.

  7. Collaboration with Teams:

    • Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure all digital marketing efforts align with product launches and promotional activities.

    • Work closely with the sales team to align digital campaigns with sales goals and objectives.

    • Stay uptodate with industry trends new digital marketing tools and emerging social platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 24 years of experience in digital marketing with a preference for candidates who have worked within the fashion garment or retail industries.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.

  • Digital Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram Pinterest email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp Constant Contact) SEO/SEM tools (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs).

  • Content Creation: Strong copywriting and content creation skills with experience in producing engaging posts for blogs social media and websites.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to track performance measure results and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Creativity: Ability to develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
