Requirements
We are seeking skilled Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers at two experience levels:
Junior NOC Engineer 03 Years)
Senior NOC Engineer 38 Years)
The ideal candidates will have handson experience in network monitoring troubleshooting and incident management within a NOC environment. Strong technical expertise in Cisco Juniper and Fortinet is preferred along with CCNA/CCNP certification.
Role 1: Junior NOC Engineer 03 Years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Network Operations Center (NOC) activities.
- Monitor network performance using NOC monitoring tools.
- Perform Level 1 troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed.
- Utilize observatory tools and scripting (Python Bash) for network monitoring.
- Manage alerts and coordinate with ISP vendors or escalate to L2/L3 teams.
Required Skills:
- Network Monitoring Tools: Experience with tools like Netscout Entuity.
- Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Ability to handle Level 1 connectivity issues.
- Network Protocols: Basic understanding of TCP/IP DNS DHCP EIGRP OSPF and BGP.
- Certifications: CCNA trained or certified (mandatory).
- Automation & Scripting: Basic scripting knowledge (Python Bash) is a plus.
- Communication & Documentation: Ability to document issues and interact with stakeholders.
Role 2: Senior NOC Engineer 38 Years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for network issues.
- Execute major routing and switching changes.
- Work on complex network configurations and optimize performance.
- Coordinate with thirdparty vendors such as ISPs for issue resolution and procurement.
- Handle incident management and escalations as per SLA requirements.
Required Skills:
- Networking Expertise: Strong knowledge of Cisco Juniper and Fortinet devices.
- Routing & Switching: Experience with EIGRP OSPF and BGP at an advanced level.
- Monitoring & Security: Proficiency in network monitoring tools and firewall management (preferred).
- Certifications: CCNP trained or certified (mandatory).
- Automation & Scripting: Ability to automate tasks using Python Bash is a plus.
- ProblemSolving & Collaboration: Ability to interact with crossfunctional teams and manage highimpact incidents.
Daily Responsibilities for Both Roles:
Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting (Level 1 & Level 2.- SOPdriven network changes and issue resolution.
- Work with thirdparty vendors (ISP coordination procurement issue resolution).
- Fix ISPrelated connectivity issues and ensure service uptime.
- Maintain documentation of incidents changes and resolutions.
