Overview:
The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in facilitating the recruitment and selection processes within an organization. This position is vital to ensuring that the workforce is comprised of qualified motivated and skilled individuals who fit the company culture. The HR Recruiter actively collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment strategies. With a focus on sourcing potential candidates through innovative channels the HR Recruiter evaluates applicants and successfully matches them with available positions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs.
Post job openings on relevant job boards screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and reference checks.
2. Onboarding:
Organize and lead the employee onboarding process to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Prepare and process employment contracts offer letters and other required documentation.
Facilitate HR induction sessions and introduce new hires to company policies culture and team members.
3. HR Administration:
Manage and update employee records in HR systems ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Maintain documentation related to employee benefits attendance leave management and performance reviews.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as the point of contact for employees on HRrelated queries.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Support performance management processes and assist in implementing employee feedback mechanisms.
5. Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure the company is compliant with laws and regulations.
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to meet operational requirements. Salary & Payroll Management:
Oversee endtoend payroll processing ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement to employees.
Ensure that all statutory deductions taxes and benefits are calculated and deducted correctly.
Manage payrollrelated queries and resolve issues related to compensation overtime bonuses and deductions.
Maintain and update employee compensation data including salary increases bonuses and incentive schemes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree/Master Degree(Pursing) in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 6 months as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to assess and understand candidates qualifications.
