Are you a web content expert passionate about providing an exceptional user experience
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Publisher to join our dynamic Central Web Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and training the web publisher community across the University ensuring the highest standards of web content management and user experience are achieved. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand reputation leading the way with innovative ideas to deliver exceptional web content.
About the role:
- Leadership: Provide support advice and recommendations to web publishers across the University. Communicate and champion web policies and guidelines.
- Operational activity: Manage access requests for the Content Management System (CMS) including assessment of need and suitability.
- Training: Manage schedule and deliver inperson training of the CMS and other web applications to new users.
- Stakeholder engagement: Develop effective and supportive relationships with staff and maintain a customerfocused approach in the delivery of services.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and improve all web support areas including training guides and other resources based on stakeholder requirements staff feedback and industry best practice.
This is a fulltime 37.5 hours per week) permanent position. The salary range for this role is between $96800 $110000 depending on skills and experience.

- You will be curious and proactive confident in your abilities with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Be passionate about creating exceptional web content tailored to audiences lifecycle journey stage and business objectives.
- A specialist with strong experience in web platforms digital tools and data analytics. Knowledge of SEO and web accessibility standards is essential.
- Superb written oral and presentation skills with significant experience executing topquality content.
