Introduction: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager focusing on CxO stories value propositions and portfolio management. In this role you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our sales teams effectiveness leveraging customer stories market trends and strategic insights to deliver compelling sales presentations and enable valuedriven conversations. Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Manage and optimize the IT portfolio ensuring alignment with sales and customer needs. Focus on portfolio content that demonstrates value propositions to CxOs.
- Storyline Development: Create and develop impactful customer stories use cases and market trend analyses to support sales efforts.
- CxO Value Stories: Identify the right customer examples tailor market use cases and craft compelling value stories that resonate with senior executives.
- Value Selling & Advisory Days: Collaborate with teams to organize and deliver value selling workshops and advisory sessions including content creation and PowerPoint presentations.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with senior sales teams to develop and refine sales presentations ensuring they address the right points provide the right arguments and facilitate productive conversations with CxOs.
- Consulting Approach: Take a strategic consultingdriven approach to portfolio management leveraging your expertise to shape the value proposition and answer critical questions that drive sales.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively network and collaborate with internal teams especially product and sales to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of portfolio content.
- Training Delivery: Lead training sessions to help upskill and empower a team of 300 sales professionals in understanding and delivering value propositions to clients.
Qualifications :
MustHave Skills:
- 5 years of experience as a Senior Consultant Portfolio Manager or Business Epic Owner in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of the IT market and experience managing an IT portfolio.
- Excellent problemsolving networking and stakeholder management skills.
- Masters degree in Business Administration Business Informatics or related fields.
- Strong German and English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing environments.
NicetoHave Skills:
- Experience in telecommunications and IT portfolio development.
- Prior experience in delivering training to large teams 300 individuals).
