Our client a fastgrowing bank in Vietnam is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Assist in developing and implementing sales relationship and credit strategies aligned with the banks overall business plan to achieve revenue expense and service goals. Contribute to the strategic and operational direction of the Large Corporate Customer Banking division.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their business needs and providing tailored financial solutions. Represent the bank in industry events and client meetings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including crossselling opportunities and expanding the client base.
Support portfolio growth while maintaining credit quality. Assist in developing and implementing satisfactory risk systems and control procedures for investment and credit management.
Set expectations for team members fostering a collaborative environment to achieve business goals.
Motivate and develop employees to ensure high professional standards.
Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 of experience in a bank or finance firm with a focus on large corporate client management.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of credit principles risk management practices and banking regulations.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing highperforming teams.
Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
