Position Overview: The Head of Office Leasing will lead the strategic planning execution and overall performance of the office leasing portfolio across all commercial assets. This executive will drive revenue through optimal occupancy levels long-term tenant partnerships and alignment of leasing strategies with overall asset and business goals. The role is also critical in shaping market positioning expanding the companys leasing footprint and mentoring a team of leasing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Formulate and execute the office leasing strategy across all projects and operating assets.
- Collaborate with executive management on asset positioning pricing and market strategy.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide investment and leasing decisions.
- Align leasing performance with the companys financial targets and growth plans.
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify and target high-value tenants and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key occupiers brokers and partners.
- Lead negotiations for anchor tenants and large lease transactions.
- Represent the company in major leasing events expos and networking forums.
Portfolio Management
- Oversee leasing performance across the office portfolio to ensure optimal occupancy and rental yield.
- Monitor lease expirations renewals and tenant retention strategies.
- Collaborate with asset management and property management teams to ensure seamless tenant experience.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor a team of leasing managers and officers.
- Coordinate with marketing design and project development teams for new inventory rollout.
- Prepare regular leasing reports forecasts and presentations for the executive team and board.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate Urban Planning or related field (Masters preferred).
- At least 1015 years of experience in office leasing with 5 years in a leadership or executive role.
- Proven track record in leading commercial leasing operations with a portfolio of office assets.
- Strong industry network with institutional occupiers brokers and corporate clients.
- Deep understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics trends and regulatory requirements.
