HR Generalist – Training Focus
Requirements:

4 years of HR experience (manufacturing preferably automotive).

Knowledge of LFT SIRCESTPS and training programs.
-
Bachelor's degree in HR Administration or related field.

Advanced English.

Valid VISA and passport.
Responsibilities:

Training and onboarding management (STPS).

Recruitment selection and personnel administration.

Performance evaluation and work environment management.

Labor relations and union interactions.

Payroll benefits and compensation administration.
