Job Description
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology Human Resource Business Administration or any relevant degree;
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience with the same role.
- Ability to readily connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Has a good understanding of applicable labor laws and its processes.
- Can start ASAP.
- Willing to do field work (from Makati – BGC)
- Open for a face to face interview
Job Description:
- Assist daily operations of HR & Admin department;
- Assist with the hiring onboarding and offboarding process;
- Collaborate with management with training programs;
- Assist with handling compensation (regular special and annualization) and benefits proposal and pertinent information for employees;
- Manage the performance evaluation process;
- Assist with the checking HR processes and amend to meet the requirements of the company;
- Attend management discussions relating to operations and employees’ welfare;
- Assist with the planning and organizing company events (planning sessions sports activities parties);
