You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a dynamic and wellrounded HR Generalist to support key HR functions including recruitment employee relations (ER) HR operations/admin and organizational development (OD). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes foster a positive work environment and contribute to the companys growth through peoplefocused strategies.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing interviewing selection and onboarding.
Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
Ensure a seamless onboarding and orientation experience for new employees.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns providing guidance and conflict resolution.
Support employee engagement activities surveys and communication.
Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values and labor laws.
Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files.
Prepare contracts offer letters disciplinary letters and HRrelated reports.
Support payroll coordination leave management and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
Assist in designing and implementing OD initiatives that support company goals.
Contribute to change management culture development and performance improvement projects.
Support talent development plans training needs analysis and succession planning efforts.
Collaborate with departments to align structures roles and processes for optimal performance.
Ensure company HR policies and procedures are clearly communicated and implemented.
Monitor HR compliance with local labor laws.
Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
24 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
Exposure to organizational development practices is preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor law HR processes and employee lifecycle.
Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
