Job Description

Our Talent Inclusion and Experience team identifies designs and delivers best practice groupwide initiatives and programs to build leadership capabilities; attract retain and develop talent; drive a highperforming diverse and inclusive culture; and create an exceptional employee experience for all of our people.

Reporting to our Head Of Leadership Talent and Performance you will help design and deliver our new performance review cycle our capability offerings and the implementation of our portfolio into our HRIS. You will engage our people with the delivery of impactful performance  leadership and learning activities that build meaningful careers high performing teams and drive strong business results. 

Day to day you will: 

  • Support the Head of Leadership Talent and Performance to build governance in line with the strategy 
  • Support the design development and delivery of our new performance cycle and relevant capability activities
  • Manage the implementation of performance into new HRIS (Workday)
  • Actively codesign and consult with P&C Business partners and the business
  • Coordinate and conduct analysis measuring the effectiveness of our new performance cycle and capability solutions
  • Support high priority initiatives across leadership and talent

What we would like to see on your resume:

  • Demonstrated experience in a performance or OD role with technical competence in performance leadership capability or similar
  • Experience in designing and delivering performance review cycle and related capability initiatives
  • Experience in implementing a performance cycle into an HRIS (ideally workday) is ideal but not essential
  • Proven ability to navigate complex environments/large enterprises
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient data and analytical skills (including Excel skills)
  • Exposure to LMS management and design software (e.g. Articulate/Kineo)
  • Tertiary qualified in HR Management Organisational Development or a related field is ideal but not essential
