Job Description
We currently have multiple opportunities available for a Senior Financial & Analysis Business Partner to join our National Financial Planning and Analysis team at ALDI Australia based in Minchinbury. These are permanent full-time positions.
The FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team are responsible for budgeting forecasting and analysing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. They provide insights and recommendations that help drive efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct period-end activities including quarterly business review
- Prepare financial forecasting including the provision of insights trends and key drivers to enhance business performance. This includes long range planning monthly/ quarterly forecasting and annual planning
- Partner with stakeholders to provide financial support on business strategy and annual budgets for the business
- Report and analyse actuals against budgets and forecasts providing in-depth commercial insights into performance
- Prepare and review presentations for our Executive leadership team with actionable insights risks and opportunities identification and recommendations
- Be the subject matter expertise in areas that fall within the scope of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for projects both locally and internationally
Qualifications :
What do we need from you
- Demonstrated experience within a commercial finance environment.
- Proven demonstrated experience of financial planning and analysis within professional setting.
- CA/CPA qualification or equivalent from other countries.
- Proficiency in utilising one or more reporting tools to analyse data- such as Excel Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in SAP S/4 Hana is highly desirable.
- Project management experience and/or Anaplan experience highly regarded.

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $159800 - $191500 including Superannuation.
