Youll be instrumental in designing cuttingedge solutions particularly in the realm of BSS/OSS modernisation and the exciting frontier of Agentic AI. Your Impact:
- Strategic Vision: Craft and implement holistic IT and AI strategies leveraging 5G cloudnative architectures and Agentic AI to revolutionize telco operations.
- Architectural Leadership: Own endtoend solution architecture guiding teams to build scalable and reliable systems on leading cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Client Transformation: Lead transformative projects modernizing BSS/OSS systems and integrating innovative AI solutions to enhance client experiences.
- Thought Leadership: Drive the adoption of emerging technologies particularly Agentic AI and position yourself as a key influencer in the telco space.
- PreSales Excellence: Collaborate with sales teams crafting compelling proposals and building strong client relationships to secure new opportunities.
- Team Empowerment: Mentor and guide crossfunctional teams fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :
Consulting & Transformation Leadership: Extensive experience in technology consulting or enterprise IT with a track record of leading largescale transformation programs in the telco domain. Demonstrated ability to deliver enterprisegrade IT and AI solutions employing rigorous transformation excellence methodologies.
HandsOn Solution Design & Leadership: Proven experience guiding key architectural decisions and influencing technical strategies across multiple systems and teams. Familiarity with microservices APIdriven design container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloudnative development pipelines.
Telco & CloudNative Expertise: Indepth understanding of telco operating models network infrastructures 5G NFV SDN) and OSS/BSS systems. Experience in designing and delivering BSS CRM and Billing transformations to cloudnative tech stacks. Familiarity with advanced AI solutions including multiagent systems predictive analytics and realtime machine learning frameworks.
Program Management & Delivery: Adept at managing complex programs with budgets exceeding $5M coordinating crossfunctional teams and applying both agile and traditional delivery methods. Skilled at risk management scope control and ensuring alignment to transformation goals.
PreSales & Business Development: Credibility in identifying revenue opportunities scoping transformation initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders to secure new engagements. Expertise with constructing robust business cases and ROI models to justify significant technology investments.
Communication & People Skills: Exceptional communication abilities for both technical and executive audiences ensuring clarity buyin and momentum. High emotional intelligence for managing stakeholder expectations resolving conflicts
