Role Overview:
As the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring seamless client interactions and maintaining compliance while driving process improvements. This role requires strong leadership problemsolving abilities and a commitment to excellence in multiclient RCM service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Lead daily operations ensuring smooth of tasks while addressing escalations and operational challenges. Provide strategic direction and support to Team Leads intervening in complex cases to drive resolutions.
- Client Management: Oversee client meetings and operational discussions ensuring structured and timely interventions when required. Review and refine presentations reports and email communications to maintain accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
- Performance Monitoring & Process Optimisation: Conduct regular evaluations of RCM processes including EndofDay (EOD) reports to maintain efficiency and adherence to industry best practices. Monitor performance reviews across teams ensuring standardisation and consistency in evaluation criteria.
- Compliance & Process Improvements: Establish and refine protocols workflows and documentation to support operational efficiency and compliance. Drive continuous process enhancements to improve service delivery and optimize team performance.
- Business Development Support: Assist in business development activities handling foundational work such as Opportunity Assessments (SOAs) and research to support sales and expansion initiatives.
- Leadership & Team Development: Guide and mentor Senior Managers Managers Assistant Managers Team Leads and Assistant Team Leads (ATLs) fostering a performancedriven culture accountability and continuous learning.
Ideal Profile:
- 10 years of RCM experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expertise in the full RCM spectrum including Account Management Denial Management Billing and Credentialing.
- Proven ability to manage multiclient operations drive process improvements and uphold compliance standards.
- Strong leadership analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in process automation compliance and sales enablement.
